Terms of Service
Last updated 2 November 2026
Draft. This is still being reviewed by a lawyer and may change before Korareel takes real payments.
These terms are the agreement between you and Korareel Technologies Limited (RC 9975774), the Nigerian company that runs Korareel ("Korareel", "we" or "us"), when you use korareel.com and its app. Brands use Korareel to pay for views on short clips of their content. Creators post those clips on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts and are paid for verified views.
By creating an account, joining the waitlist or paying for a campaign, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Korareel.
On this page9 sections
1. Who can use Korareel
- You must be 18 or older.
- Korareel currently works in Nigeria, with payments and payouts in naira.
- Give true details when you sign up, and keep your log-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person, one creator account. Don't create extra accounts to earn more.
- If you sign up for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Campaigns and payment (brands)
- You set a budget (at least ₦100,000) and a rate per 1,000 views, and pay the full budget upfront through Paystack before the campaign is reviewed.
- We review every campaign before it goes live. If we don't approve it, we refund the full amount you paid.
- Your budget is only spent on views we verify, at your rate. To spread your budget across many creators, one clip can use at most a quarter (25%) of the budget.
- A campaign ends when its time runs out or when the budget is used up, whichever comes first.
- Unspent budget: if any budget is left when the campaign ends, we refund it if you ask within 90 days of the end date. Email support@korareel.com to ask.
- Money already spent on verified views can't be refunded.
- Korareel's fee is included in your rate per 1,000 views. Creators earn about two-thirds of it, and Korareel keeps the rest. There are no other fees.
- We don't promise a number of views, sales or followers. We promise that you only pay for views we have checked.
3. Brand content and what's not allowed
- You confirm you own, or have permission to use, all the content you give creators to clip (music, video, images, logos), and that creators may post clips of it.
- We don't accept campaigns for betting, quick loans, crypto, misleading products, or anything illegal, hateful, sexual or harmful. We decide whether a campaign fits these rules.
- You are responsible for making sure your campaign follows Nigerian advertising rules that apply to it.
4. Clips and earnings (creators)
- Link your own TikTok, Instagram or YouTube accounts. We verify that each account is yours before you can submit clips from it. If you connect YouTube, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
- Follow each campaign's brief, do's and don'ts. We review every clip, usually within 24 hours, and tell you why if it's not approved.
- Label every clip as sponsored using the platform's paid partnership or branded content tool, or a clear tag such as #ad.
- Keep your clip posted and public until the campaign ends and you have been paid. If you delete it or make it private earlier, we may not pay for its views.
- You earn the creator rate shown on the campaign for every 1,000 verified views, up to the campaign's per-clip limit and while budget remains. Views are counted until the campaign ends.
- Payouts go to a Nigerian bank account in your own name, usually 3–5 days after the campaign ends. We check that the name on the bank account matches your Korareel name before paying.
- Creators never pay to join Korareel. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn.
5. Fake views and fraud
- Don't buy views, use bots or view farms, edit screenshots, or post someone else's clip as your own.
- We check view counts and flag sudden jumps. While we look into a flagged clip, its payout is held.
- If we find fraud, we can reject the clip, cancel its earnings and ban the account permanently.
6. Who owns what
- Brands keep ownership of their content. Creators keep ownership of their clips.
- Creators allow the brand and Korareel to link to, share and show their clips (and view counts) in campaign reports and in Korareel's own marketing. Using a clip in paid ads needs the creator's separate permission.
- The Korareel name, logo and app belong to Korareel.
7. Suspending or closing accounts
- We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why. If you think we got it wrong, email support@korareel.com.
- You can close your account at any time by emailing us. Earnings that are already verified and not linked to fraud will still be paid.
8. Limits on our responsibility
- Korareel depends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Paystack and banks. We aren't responsible for their outages, rule changes or delays, but we'll help where we can.
- We aren't responsible for what creators or brands say or post outside Korareel.
- As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid Korareel, or Korareel earned from your clips, in the 3 months before the problem.
9. Changes and the law
- We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll email you before it starts. Using Korareel after that means you accept the new terms.
- These terms follow the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- If you have a complaint, email support@korareel.com first and we'll try to sort it out with you.
